flooding up there? Have a friend who lives off of Sawdust in that area.

From reports I have seen, there are several intersections that are underwater, but I haven't heard anything about subdivisions flooding yet. Rayford/Sawdust is notorious for flooding.

Do they normally flood or have they ever? Kind of in between sawdust and lake woodlands?

I don't know as much about the homes there but my office is in that area and I can tell you, the streets can get bad. Lake woodlands and some areas there were underwater last year.

My office is at Hughe's Landing in that area and the surrounding roadways definitely go under.

My buddy, his wife and kid live 2 miles from us down Cypresswood close to 45. That part of Cypresswood is going under. I may have to hop in my truck and go get them. Also, Sanctuary 2 miles North. Brand new neighborhood has 4-5ft of water in the front row of streets. Our friends are trapped because they live in the back of neighborhood

My major concern now is where is all that water from Lake Conroe going to drain to as they open up their damn.

If they didn't flood last year or previously, then you think they are ok?

Meaning, is it worse up there than it has been previously?>

Coast Guard is telling people to go to the roof and bring towels to wave. Stay out of the attic.

Yeah, one of the stupidest things you can do... When I read people were doing that last night I was shaking my head. But I guess when you start to panic, you look for the highest and driest place without thinking.

I'm in same area off of Grand Parkway. Everything fine here - about to go venture out and get the kids donuts and kolaches.

Climb or stack stuff, make a ladder... Swim up, anything but go in the attic.
