Exactly. No one hates blacks like blacks hate blacks.

It amazes me that some in the media are blaming this on everything other than those at fault....the criminals that looted and burned businesses to the ground.

What's ironic is, all these rioters and looters would have actually been disappointed if Wilson had been indicted.

The talking heads keep saying the process the grand jury went through isn't typical. They were given all the evidence.

gotcha

well first off, i know a lot of people have been complaining that he took it to grand jury in the first place, but i know in LA we have to take cases that could result in life in prison or the death penalty to grand jury if we want a bill on them, maybe Missouri doesnt have the same requirement

As for giving them all the evidence:

I cant speak to what other jurisdictions to, but we typically give a grand jury everything we've got

Think about it, if a prosecutor only gives a grand jury the information that would support a bill and withholds all of the possible defenses against a bill, he's just making his job much harder when the case actually goes to trial

Why try to get an indictment just to know you'll lose at trial.

if at least 9 people thought there wasnt even enough evidence to find PROBABLE CAUSE that a crime was committed, then when presented with the ALL of the evidence i dont think there's anyway that a Petit Jury would find that the evidence supports a guilty conviction beyond a reasonable doubt

Whether he should have been indicted or not, I'm glad burning shite to the ground and looting will make things better

Hit the nail on the head. It only matters is race can be brought to question about the incident. If this case were the other way around, you would be lucky to hear about it.

Fox was blaming the media and said they should be held accountable for putting out false info.

Is Fox guilty of doing this as well?

do you remember the early days of this thing?

EVERY media outlet was putting out false information because by law NOBODY had all the information

The public and the media get upset bc all the details of the investigation arent being released, but those details cant be released BECAUSE there's an investigation going on

If the details of the forensic evidence was immediately made public that would give "eye-witnesses" an opportunity to alter their statements prior to going before grand juries to fit the physical evidence better

so yea, Fox was guilty of this shite too

they all were

Yes, they said DW had a fractured orbital socket (from an unconfirmed report) and touted it as fact. Wasn't true
