It has been said over and over that your standard commercial insurance policy DOES NOT COVER RIOTS. You honestly think these small business owners could afford coverage that did include that? I would imagine those policies are much more expensive.

The rioters don't understand the concept of insurance, or money in general for that mtater. Why would anyone expect these retards to act like they care?

It's possible but it all starts with education. When you have multiple generations falling down the same elevator shaft of stupidity it's really hard to overcome. I live in one of the most racially diverse neighborhoods in Nola and everyone gets along just fine. In fact, most people are overly-friendly to the point that you could easily burn an hour of your time just going outside to get the mail.

Riot and Civil Commotion are general exlusions in any property policy whether it is commercial or residential. Go look at your own homeowners policy if you dont believe me. Since there is no subrogation possible in situations like that it is extremely difficult and expensive to get coverage for this. Especially with the understanding that most riot cases are total losses.
