I think their best used by not being used. The threat of it can sometimes keep people under control. Problem is, if you use them and find out their toys are no bigger or better than the cops, then they lose their effectiveness.

Okay, that's his background. That's not his current job. He is the President of everyone in the US, including the business owners, those evil police officers, the news reporters, and the protesters. That extra jab at police in his 'keep the peace' statement only fueled the fire. I am really disappointed in BO as POTUS. He's had a golden opportunity to unite the AA community and be a true leader, but he's reverted to the same victim mentality attics that keep the AA community down.
