Just realized Monday is MLK day. So one of the few snow days kids get in the South and they would have been out of school anyway. Figure.

Yeah, but Tuesday is probably going to be messed up depending on his things play out. Much of the southeast will stay below freezing Tuesday, so any precip that falls Monday/Monday night will likely hand around through Tuesday and maybe even into Wednesday.

I just walked 6 miles dressed like an Eskimo with a real feel of -5. I had many layers plus a sock hat, gloves and a down parka.

All I could think about were those football players out there in short sleeves last night in KC. Idk how they handle that level of cold and wind blasting their skin. My cheeks were the only thing unprotected and they hurt. Can’t imagine getting hit in this cold.

There's a near 0 chance of precipitation and the coldest it will be is around 20 degrees for a few hours. What's the big deal? Why would power go out?

Yep, especially with temps in the 20s.

Virtue signaling .

If you wear short sleeves in negative minus temps to prove that ur a “tough guy”- then you deserve frostbite or whatever you get .
