Now that everyone is working from home, what are some options for office chairs. Looks like Herman Miller and Steelcase are the best, but they are big $$$.
Never really paid attention to mine but I’m going to work from home more often after this and figure I should upgrade.

This is what I've been using. Working from home doesn't mean I have to be stuck inside.

I have tried everything in all price ranges and the best built and most comfortable I have found is La Z Boy. No lie

Lots of low-use Steelcase and Herman Miller on the secondary market (think the office equivalent of fleet cars), although I realize second hand stuff is probably not going to be popular right now.

Autonomous and similar brands make knock off versions for a few hundred that are solid.

Just bought my office manager one, now it sits empty for the next couple weeks at least.

Whatever you do, do NOT buy a bonded leather chair if you want to use it for more than a year. Those things do not last.

Here is what I use, there are other models as well and they are well built and comfortable.

I have an Eames Aluminum Group Executive chair in my office, and have had it for 10 years. Beautiful piece of classic design, and amazingly simple and comfortable. There is a large variety of leather available, not just what is in the link.

Thanks for the link. Just ordered the $79 bad boy to be delivered tomorrow. We do not have an office at home so I need my husband to not sit in the antique queen Anne chair that was my grandmother's.
