The more you travel with kids, the easier it is to travel with kids.

You'd think that having it you'd know how to properly say it.

It's "DY-Bet-us".

Geesh.

It isn't exactly that hard.

You put them in a stroller and take them out every now and then for a ride or to change a diaper.

We took our oldest when he was 5 and 7 (last time he was nine when we had out 18 month old). The trip was just as enjoyable versus when it was just him at 5 and 7.

So, should you not give them toys? Ice cream?

I give my kids toys and ice cream to either bribe them to do something I want or shut them up

You are likely joking. However, what the frick is the "they dont remember" argument

I play patty cake, itsy bitsy spider, I make retarded faces, buy toys, bring him to parks when I am exhausted, take his to boring arse story time at the library all to see my 18 month old laugh.

Should I not do any of this because he wont remember?

And when you want to ride a roller coaster and the baby can't come? And don't give me the one parent watches while the other rides. That's not fun at all.

The first time we took our son, he had just turned 1. But then again, we didn't go for him and we brought my wife's in-laws and grandparents to help watch him. Why? Because my wife and I were running the "Dopey Challenge" and needed someone to watch him. Turned out to be a great trip. And maybe some people want to go but don't have the option to leave the infant behind. It doesn't really bother me.

As far as the scooters, no one here seems to realize that people in scooters no longer get to skip to the front of the lines anymore. It's not really a benefit. My grandmother needed one but she isn't fat. Sorry, not sorry, y'all had to wait a few extra minutes to get on/off the buses.

The not remember thing is whatever, I'm on the side of it just being a worthless hassle to lug the kid around. It's why my wife and i don't have any yet. Kids suck and I can just put my dogs in their cages and go have fun.

Uh you go on another ride that they can go on or get ice cream. I mean I wasn't just sitting there twiddling my thumbs while my other kid and wife were on a ride.

I never said anything about them being free. I really DGAF about that. And if a 6 month old wears you out, you need to up your cardio

We've done Disney twice without kids. We're excited to bring little man with us this time. I can't wait honestly. Gonna be fun.

what’s with bringing babies and 1/2 year olds? I saw hundreds of women and men with strollers and month old babies strapped to their chest

Don't have any issue with this.

What bugs me are the double wide strollers blocking every path to maneuver. This only become further complicated when there are multiple doublewides walking side by side or stopping in the middle of the paths.

luckily my wife does not ride anything that goes high or fast, so that scenario will never be a problem with us

Yeah we want to have fun and have kids later when we don't feel like being selfish anymore.

I couldn't imagine spending the honeymoon phase of marriage changing diapers.
