This is why we have the rise of SJW women. They are sex deprived.

I know it's been said, but it's sugar people. Sugar, sugar, sugar. It is killing the people in this country. People just don't realize how much they are consuming. It doesn't make you full so people just keep eating it all day. A healthy amount for women is 25 grams per day.
The main problem is that it is in our "healthy" food. Low fat and non fat yogurt is a good example. Here you go:
This has 22g of sugar. People snack on this kind of stuff all day. Doesn't take long to hit over 100 grams of sugar per day...
ETA: Just add in one 20 ounce Coke and you have added another 65 grams of sugar! Think about it people...

I'd think BMI is more valuable for females. Not enough muscle mass to skew the numbers.

I only have a 60% chance of marrying a non fatty. Today is depressing

Salmon and Nurse already covered it not being a good measurement for males, we don't care about your 40 time or what you did in high school

Meh you have like a 20% chance of marrying a non-fatty who doesn't get fat after you get married.

Isn't BMI a shittastic way to account for "obesity"?
For athletes, and certain other subgroups, yes. For the average sedentary person, it's reasonably accurate.
That said, the latest research shows that health effects don't start to show up significantly until BMI is markedly higher than normal, and that slightly overweight people have a lower mortality rate than underweight people do.

what % of the 60% are on meth or some other drug keeping them "thin"

Fat people run too. Also that isn't much running.

This is what is so ridiculous about the fat acceptance movement. It's not like America has a problem with women being too skinny due to societal pressures. They are too damned fat! Everyone is too damned fat. And now we are trying to remove fit role models from the covers of magazines because fat women don't like to be reminded when they pick up a magazine that they need to drop the corndog and hit the treadmill.
