We as a society gave up a considerable amount of personal liberty to allow for a successfully operating law enforcement system. Nowadays that means we’ve sacrifice individual freedoms for a good amount of hot head grunts with high school degrees and minimal training.
We deserve better.

But, stereotyping all cops as “bad”, is the same as stereotyping all black people as “bad”.
You can’t be okay with stereotyping one group of people based on the actions of few, but then not be okay with stereotyping another group of people based on the actions of few. Well, you can, but you’d be a hypocrite.

Some random black dude isn’t responsible for another black dude. Cops who take an oath together are responsible for each other, especially when they hide behind the brotherhood and protect their own, even when they’re wrong.
