He's not a Christian boy, he's a fricking animal. He didn't get what he wanted, so he damn near killed that little girl.
At a minimum, he should be charged with attempted murder as an adult.

My contention has always been that it should be attempted murder. Because what else are you trying to accomplish at that point where someone is lying on the ground and you are stomping on their fricking head with all your might?
Should 100% be attempted murder.
I haven’t seen the original video though, so I can’t comment directly on this case yet. But the still frame picture is pretty damning.

He picked her up and body slammed her to the concrete. Her arms were extended. She had already had a brain injury. He decided that her lying on the ground unconscious wasn't enough, so he stomped on her head.
