No, you fricking liar, many of you have stated unequivocally that had it been a US flag NOTHING would have been done. Some may have said had it been a US flag he would not have been charged with a hate crime, I don't know this for certain, but multiple posts have been made which indicate the poster is of the opinion that had he done it with an American flag nothing would have been done. I agree with the premise that hate crimes are an idiotic idea...the burglary, trespassing and harrassment charges are sufficient...and perhaps indecent exposure and if shitting in the street ain't legal whatever that is...but your dead wrong about what is being said...
