He referenced trying to get to his car. The door to his car was open. I am guessing that the crazy woman somehow or another got between him and his car and started a confrontation.
He was so entertained by her high-as-a-kite arse that he decided to film her behavior. Kind of like taking a video of a stupid drunk doing stupid drunk things.
