The Left won't need to de-fund the US military. With today's SCOTUS decision, LGBT community now has protected status under Federal Civil Rights law. The Left will have complete control over the US military within, at most, one generation, and probably sooner.

Our military has needed to be audited for decades. The amount of spending is absurd and I guarantee if someone went over ever cent spent, we could cut billions a year out and not notice a remote difference.

I mean the military is the biggest waster of money in this country by a lot. I think we would be fine not spending billions on new jet technology that rots and rusts in a bone yard and never gets used because...I don't know...reasons?

Ahh, for the days when people bitched because cops didn’t show up in the neighborhood on time because of racism. Now, they don’t want cops in their neighborhoods, and want them defunded, well, kind of like the days when vigilante justice ruled as citizens took matters into their own hands, ignoring due process, and lynched people.

I would normally be okay with reducing military spending but we are currently vulnerable and divided as a nation. If I were Czar of China... I would be partnering with Russia to infiltrate the United States further causing the national guard to be called up and while the US is distracted invade.
They could kill dress up as cops and then kill some black people and some brown people put it on the internet amd all hell would break loose. Tough times we are living in. Hug your fellow humans and drink a beer together.

We wanna be the best, but this is correct. Cutting funding to the military doesn't have to mean the soldiers have to go without. It means we gotta cull the "government defense contract" industry of waste, fraud, and abuse.
