Good for her. She is very much appreciated. People like her, holding the city accountable, informing the people of the truth, is how the city can potentially start to correct itself. Not saying that will happen, but it certainly will not happen without some good journalism providing relevant stories to the people.

Is there no residency requirement?
No. The scumbag claimed he would be moving into the city at the end of the school year the year he became chief.
Shitbird still lives in AP. Why? Is it the crime? The failing schools? The food desert? Who knows. But the cuck is scared to live in the city he is the police chief of… that should tell you something.

This is a good time to remind us to donate to keep her site up and running. What a deserving award for Kiran.

I believe he has a son in school there. He knows AP schools >>>>>>>EBR.

Because the chief of police can’t get his kids into U high, a magnet program, or afford to pay for private school.
Excuses are like assholes, everyone has one and they all smell like shite.
Chief Paul is 100% a-hole and you can smell him before you see him.

The trash that comes out of WBRZ, WAFB, and the Advocate is pretty astounding. Not 1 time did any of the 3 shite rags question Edwards for his mask mandates and lockdowns,
I tried watching local news for a few months and it's all utter garbage. "News With A Twist" in New Orleans should be called "news for the mentally deficient", it's a lot of infotainment.

meanwhile him and Broome were spotted at multiple country clubs and cocktail parties unmasked and not "social distancing" as they demanded everyone else do.
And this is why I don't trust any news, nor any democrat. They sure were enjoying covid between the unchecked power and their social life.
Newsom out at French Laundry.
Nancy getting her hair done.
Whitmer putting her speedboat in the water early.
Edwards out at the country club.
And guys like Chris Cuomo and Don Lemon slobbing their knob about how dangerous this was.

If you asked an honest cop why people are patrolling NBR, especially around areas like Exxon, they would say “Because that’s where the crooks are.”
They are actually in city hall and the state capital.

They are everywhere in this state.
To reference Mel Brooks’ History Of The World Part 1…
“Fellow members of the Roman senate! Will we continue to build palace after palace for us or aspire to a more noble cause and build decent housing for the poor?”
*entire Senate* “frick THE POOR!”
“Good!”

More egg on the chief’s face on the National level. What a dolt

The same amount of journalists in this city who congratulated her for this award on their social media is (ironically enough) equal to the number of journalists who stood up and walked out of that press conference with her when L'Jean McKneely booted her out.
ZERO.
ZERO.

WBRZ is probably just taken back after not being nominated for their Saturday night 15 minute extended in depth special on the anniversary of the viral social media hit focused on NBR club scene antics. That was really hard-hitting journalism.

If they can’t report on the Bella Noche, what can they report on?

Happy for Kiran, much like a Lee Feinswog, a yankee that never foresaw BR becoming her longterm home, yet here she is.
Had to leave the constraints of the local controlled and softserve narrative compliant MSM, as to be free to do real journalistic takes on the uncomfortable truths at hand in BR and La.

The local media just trying not to step on the toes of any of the incompetent government leaders that they carry the water for.

She has been along. When they had that unruly crowd outside the Triple S convenience store, she was right there in the middle of it all. Nakamoto was simultaneously filming his segment from at least three blocks away. You could just make out the scene in the background.
Posted on 10/11/22 at 8:44 pm to 9rocket
Nakamoto is a scared bitch.

If I were a local business owner, I would pay for advertising on her platforms. She was a wide audience.

Congrats! I’m sure the local fake news channels are lining up to hire her.
