Is the green leaves neighborhood a good place for a family and how is the pelican athletic club?

TIA

Greenleaves is a nice, older neighborhood. That side of 190 doesn't route to the "best" Mandeville schools, but they're still very good.

PAC is a great club. Not as crowded as francos, much less expensive than stone creek, good weights, eye candy.

I worked out at PAC years ago. I loved it.

Better than most places.

Older homes, might need renovating.

Private - OLL is 5 mins away
Public - Ponchatrain is 8 mins away if you take East causeway to west causeway.

Beau Chene is the only option.

PAC is great. Good weight rooms and excellent tennis —- many players at every level of ability and easy to find matches.

It’s a good/above average neighborhood in terms of the Northshore. No clue on PAC other than it seems you’ve come to terms with your suburban fate.

I like Greenleaves a lot and Pelican AC is fine also. If Greenleaves is your choice then the Cornerstone section/neighborhood is by far the best of the bunch unless you can afford The Lakes in Greenleaves. If you play golf you can join Beau Chene which is not far away.

My daughter works in the infant room at PAC. She loves it. Seems like a good place to workout and work.

Greenleaves has always seemed a little strange to me just because of the setup. There are subdivisions within the subdivision, but seems like a nice place. Home prices are a little more affordable than most neighborhoods around there.

I kick people’s asses in tennis over there. Don’t try me.

What’s “like” 5 days a week?

PAC during weekdays = Muy Targets of Opportunity
