You are probably thinking of that attorney, Jennifer Gaubert. I don't think she accused him of rape but she did claim he tried to extort money from her.

So why wouldn't she call the police once she got home? Why did she have to sleep on it before figuring out she got raped? We've heard stories time and time again of women making shite up. But sounds like she went into his apartment willingly, or does the woman say that she was forced in?
Also I hate how females will say that they were 'drunk' when the 'rapings' happened as if that is enough reason to not give consent. What if all the drunk guys called out rape on the ugly arse women that they slept with because they regretted it in the morning? That shite would never fly. Maybe women will get equality one day that they desperately seek.

Sounds more like a 40+ chick that doesn't receive the attention/dick she used to got a little drunk and took the Lyft driver for a ride. This shite's scary. Any chick that has two beers and puts out can claim rape.

Now, I'm way too old and rich for this kind of gig, but if I were to get into the Uber or Lyft game, I would document 100% of the rides with at least 3 cameras inside the car. I would probably find a way to capture my GPS data so if anything sketchy EVER happened on a ride, I could say, "bullshite. Here is what happened. All of it. Start to finish."
