NOLA guy's car broken into 2 days in a row - 9 times in 6 months

Latest was yesterday in the CBD.

At that point, on nights i knew it was not going to rain, i would just leave my windows about half way down and just have nothing in my vehicle.

So how far off are we really from every car in New Orleans getting broken into 2-3 times a day with no recourse and/or police involvement?
