Right. On Leake there are holes that locals spray painted and marked with signs. But this is in Gentilly and no one cares about Gentilly. Even the East gets more love.

Have you ever seen any civilian type person standing on a roadside warning drivers of a pothole? How would one do this exactly? Go and buy traffic cones ? Signage?
