I met this guy at one of his showcase homes during a parade of homes weekend. The house was very nice. Nice fixtures, nice layout, etc, but the guy came across as pompous. I first gave him the benefit of the doubt, as the craftsmanship in the house was well done. I checked it out and passed by him again, and he still had this demeanor that turned me off. The house was over 700k. As I was leaving, i politely complimented hus work. Then.he says if no one buys this house this weekend, he is buying it Monday and moving in. Months later the house was still for sale
