Couldn’t care less what the actual house looks like. Not my favorite color but his fence is cool.

well yeah, all sorts of those houses are different colors and it fits the neighborhood. I'd bet she also didn't paint 100% of the house pink as well that's the equivalent of painting a house in Seaside a pastel color

Ok I revise my prior opinion. If you live next to trash, likley because you too are trash in your own right, then you will need an HOA to keep your fellow trash in line.

It's not always trash, it's also the eccentric. There is a woman here who lives in a $4 million dollar home and wants the HOA to grant her permission to allow hogs in her yard.
