Id like that when people get to certain levels of down votes things happen to their account. For example after 500 down votes your account is suspended for a week. After 1500 suspended a month. Set a max of like 100,000 down votes equals perma ban. It would weed through the tards fast as hell, and people would be more reluctant to post stupid crap.

I, for one, think the site is great and think the admins are doing an awesome job and will make the changes needed when they are needed.

This would discourage voting. Anonymous voting is best since you don't have to worry about others seeing what you like or dislike. It facilitates honesty.
