3. PMs/bans must be signed by admin (although since I haven't been banned or even PMed in a shockingly long time this is no longer as imperative as it once was)

Bans should be signed. My last ban i I went back and forth on the back channels with every admin just to find some person I had no idea was an admin took me out.

There are a thousand people not registered reading this thread. I've been irl'd by non members before, it's odd.
