I went to bars and a movie in Colorado last week. Was glorious.

Anything good in the pipeline for movies? I thought production was stopped for the most part.

Not much of anything so far in this pregame. Little girl had quite a voice on her for the anthem.

Personally the politics and kneeling don't impact me. They've done that for years and I've continued watching. Seeing a large portion of my favorite team go on Twitter like 13 year old girls mocking and bashing Brees due to a comment he made, that may have not been the smartest to say under the conditions, but was not a wrong thing to say, did it for me.

Hard to root for people like that. Could have been kept in house with yelling and screaming, fighting, or dick sucking, but they ran and made it public and looked stupid. Then the Blake think on the helmet just made it worse. Horrible organization, happy for the fans that they won, but wouldn't have been upset had they lost. If another team had done all that, I'd still be watching the Saints. I don't watch ESPN or pregame shows anyhow.

It's to late on what the NFL did and crossed the line. Screw them. People will not forget their crap.

I'll only be watching my team, MNF, games with playoff implications, and of course the playoffs. The NFL did it to themselves.

Its been an exciting day of football. Who watched the end of the Bengals game? Burrow almost lead a comeback but AJ Green got called for OPI, it was 3rd down with like 12 seconds like. They were down by 3. They kick a FG and Randy Bullock, the kicker, completely missed the FG. It wasn't even close.

Seriously, anyone not watching football really wasn't that big of a fan in the first place. There really wasn't much talk about social injustice, etc, etc.. all the shite that gets yall triggered.

I think they've lost a lot of fans forever.
I didn't watch in 17'-19'.

Was gonna give them another chance this year. But, the BLM, George Floyd, breonna Taylor nonsense killed it for me. I cannot support people who openly hate White People.

Following a long hiatus in sports. Does not bode as well as it could for millionaire sports ballers.
NBC tweeted that the opening night between the Chiefs and Texans was the highest rated sporting event since the Super Bowl. They got ratioed so badly.

You got 6 downvotes for stating the obvious. This board has a bunch of idiots.

When you really think about it.. Is it really all that big of a deal? Is it really worth getting all worked up over? People act like the country is burning to hell (and I am sure some people on this board think it is), but in reality its not. Its an election year, they want people to feel like its burning to hell so they will be so fearful and passionate about who gets into the white house they will get out and vote.. But is it really worth spending life all worked up about some political bullshite?

Today was a pretty good week 1.

What is so sad, this could have been a great day of "Hey, America, we're back, we've made it to the other side of this virus pandemic and we're well on our way to getting back to the way things used to be!"

But, no, it has to be ALL about fricking wokeness and making the white man look like he's a piece of shite.

It's a shame. The NFL really screwed up a golden opportunity.

So if I read this correctly, the ratings were the same as two years ago.

Last year was Chicago v Green Bay.

Could be something, could be nothing.
