Zero tolerance for bullshite. You want to protest peacefully? Enjoy yourself. You want to riot and block roads and burn shite? Your arse is in jail.

If a Lee Zurik type with FBI backing could spend a few months digging around, I bet half of the sheriff's in this shitty state would end up in jail.

He's the only reporter in the state who has the balls to investigate stuff.
He's partially responsible for a few of the St. Tammany politicians going down as well as Broussard in Jefferson parish among others.

right, I feel if we had a Lee Zurich a few decades ago we could be a less corrupt area. With his investigations others have followed suit and now every politician has to keep his nose clean.
I like it.

Polk County Fl sheriff interviewed after deputies killed a cop killer. Media asked why they shot the guy 87 times. Sheriff responded "we ran out of bullets".

I keep telling my wife that Lee Zurich will end up dead one day. He keeps messing with these old guys who have been screwing the system for decades.

Depends on your perspective. He also vehemently opposed last year's medical marijuana laws (in non-smokable form), yelling and cursing in front of the Louisiana legislature, and resorting to dated arguments that are straight out of Reefer Madness.
