I'm w Darth all the way on this one. This is a 2nd and 4th Amnendment trampling. You Republicans need to figure out when it's ok to argue for or against this shite and stick to it. You're looking stupid picking and choosing in that SJW manner you abhor.

They can't see past their dislike of bikers to see the real issue here. Right now the government is going after bikers because they're seen as a "threat". Funny though they're not going after street gangs like MS-13 or the Bloods or Crips which account for that vast majority of both violent & drug crime in this country. You'd think if their motive really was to protect the American public from it's greatest threat, they'd actually go after the greatest threat. But that's not what they're doing. Which that leaves one question.... Why?
