What societal norms do they kind of skirt past?
Not killing?
Not selling drugs?
Not fighting?
Not laundering money?
Not committing arson?
Not extorting people?
If they only have 250 members then how many of them have never committed a crime?

That's cool! Since we're living outside of societal norms and living by our own senses of right and wrong, I guess the 2nd Amendment doesn't apply so I'm not too upset by the op.
Or are you saying you want to selectively apply the rules of society when it benefits the motorcycle club and discard them when it doesn't?

1%er =/= criminal. This guy had no criminal record nor had he been charged with or suspected in any crime.
Sounds like he is not doing it right or that he is a really good criminal.

I knew I was wasting my time with you. Oh well. I tried. When the cops take the precedent that is being set here and decide that you need to come down to the station to hand in your guns and permit don't say a word.

"First they came for the criminal biker gangs, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a criminal biker gangster."
Nice. Has a good ring to it.

All it takes is for you to belong to an organization that the powers that be deem "dangerous". Could be anything from your political affiliations to being a member of the local gun club.
Either way, if this stands then it means the government can confiscate your firearms and take your right to even possess a firearm without you ever having committed a crime.

Maybe the dirty hippie should have showered, shaved and gotten a haircut before going to the station.

Aren't the Pagans dangerous?
A quick google search indicates that they are quite violent.
Also, do you have a working link now? How about the arrest report as well? Anything but a motorcyle gang website will work for me.

That's what instantly popped into my head.

Why didn't they put these guys on it....

Posted on 10/27/15 at 4:31 pm to roadGator
probably should just lock them (Pagans) all up. save the time and trouble.

It would make us Hell's Angels lives a lot easier. Those Pagan nerds are annoying as all get out. They don't return their library books on time and that pisses us off.

I wouldn't advise crossing them.

The criminal actions of other guys should have no bearing on someone else, especially when that person has not committed any crime. Hell, a quick Google search will indicate there are tons of cops who are violent and commit all sorts of crimes. Should we assume all cops are violent criminals?

I'm surprised he went to the station, but I'm shocked he brought all of his guns with him. That was stupid.

Yes. And I am very pro 2nd amendment

This one just hasn't been caught yet unless you are saying he just reads the bingo balls into the microphone during their meetings.

In all honesty, no, of course I don't want the police confiscating guns from people who haven't been convicted of a crime in a court of law. I believe in the 2nd Amendment.
In exchange for my above honesty, please explain to me this: why should people who claim that they live in a realm outside the societal norms, including the legal system (self-admitted by using the terms "outlaw" and "one-percenter") get sympathy from me when the rules of society are violated against their favor?
Should it happen? No, people have rights including the right to bear arms. But I just can't help but laugh when it happens to people who claim the law doesn't apply to them.

Good for the SCPD, trying to stop another Waco.

So now we deny people their constitutional rights just because you think they may commit a crime later on? Would you support doing this to cops since so many of them commit crimes as well?
