I wouldn't advise crossing them.

Because they would commit a crime against me?

They don't need guns if they can't handle a little crossing from time to time.

So now we deny people their constitutional rights just because you think they may commit a crime later on? Would you support doing this to cops since so many of them commit crimes as well?

Violent street gang members shouldn't have guns.

They don't care about my right to cross them why should I care about their rights to have a gun.

They chose to live outside the law. Now they can live with the consequences.

No one feels sorry for street gangs Darth.

In exchange for my above honesty, please explain to me this: why should people who claim that they live in a realm outside the societal norms, including the legal system (self-admitted by using the terms "outlaw" and "one-percenter") get sympathy from me when the rules of society are violated against their favor?

As I said, being a 1%er does not mean thinking the laws of this country don't apply to you. The vast majority of 1%ers are law-abiding guys and never commit any crime. This guy is a prime example seeing how he had no criminal history.

Percentage wise, who has more violent crime convictions in the two groups you are comparing?

Don't act like the small percentage of cops being criminals is the same as the majority of the Pagans being criminals.

Well considering he had no criminal history, what is it he did that was illegal and warrants his gun rights being taken away?

So why do they call themselves 1%ers then? Please explain to me why law abiding citizens would refer to themselves in this way, taking into account the origin of the term.

Next the bloods and the crips. I'm all for confiscating legally owned guns if the owner has gang tats or affiliation.

Well, you would be a moron....... Next will be the Tea Party members...... Then those who actually showed up to help Cliven Bundy (although I'm sure these guys should be prosecuted).

If you ever ask a member of an MC how many members they have they'll usually answer with "more than a few but not enough" or something similar.

I'd stop posting about all this mud checking and cops, etc.

You're probably on a number of lists.

I've already tried and it didn't work, which I was pretty sure would be the case. There's an old saying in the MC world that if you have to explain it to someone, they won't get it. Nothing personal, it's just that you're one of the one's who don't get it.

Isn't the concept of law just a codified form of what society believes is right and wrong?

What's the confusing part here?

He was a member of a crime organization and he's wondering why he's not allowed to own guns?

I dunno...I didn't read the story, just the copy/paste.

No, I get it perfectly fine. You just want to be intellectually dishonest.

Of that, I have no doubt. The cops, including Feds, have on a number of occasions set up "checkpoints" just outside Coalition of Club meetings or other events I've attended where they pulled us all over, took down all our info from our DL's and got plenty of pictures of us all from both front, back and the sides making sure they got clear pictures of our faces and our cuts.
