They are phasing it out. They just lifted inter-island testing requirements as of June 15 which was a huge pain in the arse. Now you just have to do the test before you go.
Also announced fully vaccinated can avoid quarantine/testing requirements once they hit 60% vaccinated. 68% have gotten first dose there so I would assume they get there within the next month or so.
