NEW UPDATE: Is it worth trying to fight this stop sign ticket in court?

Any ideas on arguing this BS ticket I received? Cop says I didn't come to a complete stop. A stop sign at this location serves no purpose if you're going right. It should definitely just be a yield. It's currently a 3-Way stop.
There also used to NOT be a stop sign at this location. I'm not sure when they added it since I don't travel this route often, but I estimate it was within the last 2 years and was probably added due to traffic congestion in the afternoon and cars on the side road (next to white house) couldn't turn left due to cars backing up.
This 2nd picture is from a different angle. It shows a stop sign where a car is braked at up ahead. Traffic would back up on this road to the point where cars coming from the left couldn't turn on the road so they added the stop sign on the right and also the stop sign by the church (the one I allegedly didn't stop at).
***New Update*** My case was dismissed. The police officer no longer works for the city.

Used to be worth it b/c the cop wouldn’t even show.
Now they load all traffic violations on a single day and the popo will be there.
Never ever plead no contest or guilty.
You should’ve called the magistrate’s office prior and paid the fine with no points.

The new 3 way stop on fairway drive in Baton Rouge is, quite literally, the most pointless stop sign in existence.

you'd be surprised how often judges let people off on shite like this with no "proof" (assuming there is no dash cam footage of you).
i know several cops who won't even write them anymore because majority of people that fight them get off.

I fought one and they lowered the charges to something completely benign so I agree.
Then when they added all the BS fees that go into court costs I paid more than if I had just paid to first ticket
