New rules for Disney starting 5/1

This was on the news in Florida. Thought it might be helpful for all you travelers.
Strollers can only be 31 inches wide.
If you bring in a cooler it cannot have ice, only ice packs.
No smoking inside of park

What is the purpose of this? So people can’t even drink their own melted ice and have to buy water from Disney?

The ice rule is for security, so they don't have to dig through ice. You can still use the ice gel packs.

They were talking about this on the local radio on Friday
They think the stroller rule is to open up more space so they can cram even more people into the park.
Caller after caller into the show was slamming Disneyland and how stupid it is. How you have to pay an arm and a leg and all you get is long lines and huge crowds. No idea why anyone would subject themselves to it.
Disney should put a daily limit on how many people can come in, but that will never happen

Never been to Disney as an adult and don’t really care to. A trip to the beach or the mountains is much more my bag.
