Carousel asked for proof of vax or test, but you could walk through the crowd of people at the Roosevelt looking at the lights with no requirements.

The two major cities in Louisiana are Democratic strongholds and also happen to be the same places in Louisiana that are the least safe. You know when this country will move forward and get better? When people stop blaming anyone and everything for everything that doesn’t go a certain way or something that happened before those same people’s great, great grandparents were born maybe we could move forward but in today’s world that’s probably not going to happen.
