They do that shite on Tchop too. It's like a f'ing impromt tailgate with all the liquor on the side of the road. I've been caught in it at least twice in the past 3 months.

When did I say it shouldn't be enforced? What I mean is handling this issue isn't something that can be done spontaneously. The powers that be will have to decide that they want to dedicate the money and resources to stopping it. Until the decision makers decide its a priority, the rest of the department's hands are tied.

Working double shifts for 9 of the last 11 days at Carnival parades. I think the video was from Mardi Gras Day.
I hate these assholes as much as the next guy, but NOPD really does have bigger issues to deal with. I'm still trying to figure out how LSP managed to arrest four of them over the weekend without anyone ending up in the hospital.
JPSO stopped three by using their vehicles as barricades and all three ended up in the hospital. After vehicle damage is repaired, hospital bills unpaid and inevitable lawsuits defended, if not settled, is that really a win for the taxpayers?

It is time to disband the NOPD and the city needs to give the money to the state police to enforce the laws in the city.
This shows NOPD no longer has control of the city.
If they are on a high rise you got them.
Line up Mack dump trucks behind them and start moving them toward other Mack dump trucks parked before the next exit. 3 Mack’s infront and 2 behind to fill holes in between the trucks. All the dump trucks have fresh hot asphalt in the beds. Just say sorry for filling temp pot hole on the Hwy and you are not suppose to be there anyway.
