The theory is now they all drank some type of deadly bacteria from a local stream??????

They were on a day hike with toddler and dog. Autopsy results are completely normal, but they have ruled out poison gas, animals, trauma etc. They are floating theory that they all possibly drank water from creek or something that had some type of deadly bacteria in it. The problem with that to me is it wouldn’t just kill you that quick and that water with heavy bacteria almost always smells or looks dirty etc. It’s a reach but that have nothing else. Waiting on toxicology results. They will come back inconclusive or something and they will fall back on heat stroke or something, (Which would be clear in the autopsy.), if this is a 411 case.

In German I think they say Bacteria as “ Bakterien “.
Fascinating case . The speculation last week was that it was natural gas or something. I personally blame the shadow pod people because they really hate dogs for always sniffing them out.

They have ruled out gas now, which makes this even stranger. I am very skeptical of bacteria as I have never heard of anything like that in North America that would kill everyone that fast. Plus it almost always smells or something, and surely they brought lots of bottled water, they were educated intelligent etc with a toddler. Plus dogs can typically smell stuff like that a mile away.

Maybe that’s it but I doubt it, seems like a reach to me

Devils gulch area, I know that area was in 411 books. Another 2 year old kid. If they just disappeared we would have all kinds of theories. But all dead without a mark?

What’s the other case?

No mom is gonna let their one year old drink water from a stream. Very bizarre case.

I read some more on this . they were found one mile and a half from their truck right on the trial, and were apparently on the way back to the truck. They still had bottled water in back packs.
All found together except for wife who was hundred yards or so away from rest. Sheriff says he has never seen anything like this. They are still clueless.

Some type of poisonous gas is only thing that makes sense but apparently they have ruled out based upon Autopsy.

Nothing in those days old articles say anything about ruling out CO2 as the cause.

pure assumption. you really have no clue if she would or wouldn't. they probably thought that water was as pure as any on the planet.

Baloney! They didnot die from drinking water from a stream. As that poster said, there is no way the mother let a one year old drink from a stream. If the one year old died from drinking that water it was put into a cup or bottle, and they would be able to test it. Also, they HAD drinking water, and wouldn't there be vomit about?

At this point they are looking for plausible theories that can be investigated. How about, they all had a contest to see who could hold their breath the longest. It's as plausible as the drinking water.

They died together, doing something they loved to do. I hope they didn't suffer too long. May they R.I.P.

This is the first thing I've read that supports some type of poison/chemical/etc. theory.

I'd be curious if dad was holding one of the kids like the kid was sick or struggling. They all get sick, dad stays with kids, mom runs for help, none of them make it.
