Sorry not buying the “they all drank the stream water and all died” -simultaneously and within feet of each other - theory.
What’s not debatable is how the media immediately labeled this as a “hazmat situation” putting focus on the unsubstantiated claims that a mysterious “ algae bloom” was the likely cause. Then going with the again unsubstantiated “mine shaft” theory staying with this absurd claim even after the park service itself stated THAT DAY ...their were no mines in the area. It’s a complete farce from top to bottom IMO.
We know he once worked for Google and currently worked for Snapchat.
They spent lots of time at burning man.
Burning man was a CIA /Big Tech Silicone Valley Psyop.
The recently moved from the cesspool of the Bay Area to a more remote location.
This reaks like a professional mossad level hit.

I want saw this instructional video. This person basically went to a village in Africa to teach them the dangers of - it was either methane or some natural gas... or carbon monoxide - emanating from the ground.

He used a fog machine to show how literally in innocent looking landscapes there can be pockets of this gas and how it displaces oxygen. That’s all it does. Pushes oxygen out of that little pocket. And villagers would stumble into these pockets or sit down in them and whatever and just pass out and die.

There was a village somewhere in Africa where an entire village of 1400 died. Can’t recall if volcanic gas or what caused it.. it can happen it’s rare and this area does not have mine shafts to create the deadly gas.
This entire thing stinks and nothing they say makes it any better it only further adds to the stink.

Oh definitely Covid related. The dogs booster was overdue additionally they reported.

They are grasping at absurd straws now. Claiming last week that “lightning strikes” were a likely culprit.
Absolute Horsesh!t
No fires anywhere reported. If rain and lightning were expected this experienced hiking Family would definitely have known. We know this because his laptop or cell phone history showed they had been researching the area and driving distance.
Lightning strike killing 3 people and a dog is effing ludicrous on its face.
Not to mention no marks on any of them anywhere to suggest lightning.
It smells like a highly orchestrated cover-up at this point.

It’s amazing how everyone on the internet keeps ruling out heatstroke because “they still had water and what are the chances that all four would die from it at the same time?”

Are they really expecting the baby and dog to go for help?

All of them were found lying down. Except the father who was found in “a sitting up position against a tree”

Limnic eruption.

The case you're probably talking about:
Lake Nyos Disaster

quote:

On 21 August 1986, a limnic eruption at Lake Nyos in northwestern Cameroon killed 1,746 people and 3,500 livestock.

Lake or mine water is supersaturated with co2, then something triggers it's rapid release. Sometimes seasonal turnover of the lake, sometimes an earthquake, sometimes acidification of mine water displaces carbonic acid, or something else. It's not something that's well understood.

It's sort of similar to if you superheat distilled water in a glass in the microwave, and then it boils over as soon as a spoon or something touches it.

Limnic eruptions create an invisible co2 cloud that rolls downhill from the lake and suffocates everything in it's path.

I don't know the local geography / geology, but if they were in lower part of a valley or gulch with a lake somewhere above, it sounds like it could be a contender for what happened here.

NPR link (free global warming plug included)

I’m glad the investigators were baffled for weeks by something that anyone with a shred of common sense already knew.

But wouldn’t there be dozens of dead animals around them? Chipmunks, squirrels, etc.?

The dog would not have died of heat stroke for goodness sake.

The dog would have sniffed around for a while, drunk from the stream, and then begun to wander.
