Who would go off road in a 63,000 dollar vehicle?
Lots of people

And that’s not even a new one

That item will actually maintain its value pretty well compared to others.
Jeeps and the Gladiator are a cult driver.

$63K for a Chrysler product that will be worth 1/10 of that price in 5 years.
You pretty have to move to exotic cars to see resale value that tops Jeep Wranglers.

Add in the lifetime repairs and you are well over $200K

The Gladiators look amazing. If Mojo were to drive a p/u truck this be it.
They start at 32. 63 for the most macked-out version. Just like you can get a Challenger for 28 or a Hellcat for 75.

Or a Demon for $85k
ETA Hell a base model Mustang starts around $27k. A fully loaded 2020 GT500 is right at $100k.

I bought a used, Tundra fleet style truck for $15,000. Hauls great and have been driving it for 4 years and going strong.
It amazes me the amount of people willing to spend $40,000 plus on a damn vehicle.

$87,000?!?!?! Holy hell

A good deal on a Jeep or Gladiator is about 13% MSRP or 8% below invoice. Some high volume dealers are known for giving that if you ask for it (one in VA and another in Idaho come to mind).

Who in their right mind would spend over 60k for any kind of Jeep? And 85k for a Grand Cherokee?
So many better options out there at that price point.

My next car will be a newer 200 series LC or an older, clean G wagen. My Jeep is fun, but you don’t have to sacrifice anything in the LC or G (except your wallet when you damage something).

You are showing your ignorance. My wife drives a JKU. When buying it was only about a $1000 difference between ordering one exactly like we want and picking one up off the lot 1-2 years old with 20-30k miles.
Jeeps hold value incredibly well.

Name anything that will perform like the Track Hawk for that price.

Supply and demand.
Unfortunately the number of people that can afford the car note for 6 months greatly outnumber the folks who can actually afford to pay it off.
Thats more poor decision making than supply and demand.

Much cooler than that hideous Jeep.

Most Wranglers are 30-45k.

does that factor in the first year repair costs?
