We are in the same boat as you. We only have 20 employees but it's been made clear to us that we are expected to comply. Fortunately, it won't present a problem for us as the majority of our people are vaccinated so we'll keep the others on commercial projects.

Union maybe?
I asked my postman about it. he said they’d lose half their work force. Which honestly probably needs to happen. I can’t remember the last time I got anything besides junk from a mailbox

Does it also list vaccination requirements for those on welfare? I’m assuming that since it is so vital that the workforce be fully vaccinated, the same expectation will be placed on them.
