I always find it hilarious whenever white chicks from up north think they’re going to come down to the dirty, shameful ol bigoted south and change the way us ruhtards are.
My SO grew up in Massachusetts, a state with about 10% black population, before she moved down here her tone was a lot different than it is today. Once she went to the Ville Platte or Alexandria Wal-Marts a few times; let’s just say she doesn’t share the same views about the racist south that she once did...

Yup. Easy to have an attitude that “racism” is the worst thing ever when you grow up in a lily white northern city.
Kind of different when you have to deal with the dregs of the ghetto on a regular basis. They learn quick that it’s more about attitudes and behavior than race.
