The wife's Volvo interior is nice and clean, and the drift wood inlays are cool touch.

The Jag interior blows away both BMW and Audi. I really wanted to buy an A8 but I just couldn’t force myself to do it. The Jag was too nice.

Hmm. I haven't even checked them out. I'll take a look.

OOOOOO I do like that interior! I would have never guessed Volvo if you removed the emblem from the steering wheel.

The Scandinavian style is slick, they just needed a bunch of Chinese money to make it happen.

ETA: The screen is distracting, luckily the car steers the vehicle while you try and change the a/c or stereo.

Volvos are underrated in the luxury car discussion IMO

One of my friends got a loaded XC90 and I'd take it over an X5

They definitely look great, but as I understand it, build quality is sub par.

I actually like the red leather but I can understand how its hit or miss with folks.

They have some system that allows you to change the volume, channel, etc with hand motions in the air instead of having to push buttons. For instance, you make a clockwise circle near the dash with your finger and it turns the volume up. Counterclockwise turns the volume down.

Gesture control and it's pretty convenient actually. I think it will be copied soon enough.

Gauges in the middle? Makes it easier for the Wife to nag you about your driving.

the interior on BMWs has always been outdated to me in last few years. I'd much rather have the new Volvo s90 interior

Absolutely not. Audi is ahead of BMW right now when it comes to interior design, particularly with respect to technology.

I think Mercedes is ahead of both.
