Unless there are little boys buried around the property, you'd get over the stigma pretty quickly for a place like that.

No, no, that’s ignorant. You’re being ignorant.

Man, that place is just awesome. I laughed when I read that it comes with a llama...

I'm glad that you are able to joke like that about everything. I hope that I'd be like you about it if our places had changed in life

I wonder what MJ originally got the property for?

Just curious how much the family is looking at profiting due to the fact it was MJs

Was it the one about taking karate lessons leaving a bad taste in your mouth? I laughed like hell and upvoted you.

To prove I was joking I offered him another change. It was a bad joke.

I would have said, "I looked at the brochure and noticed there were no pay phones on the property."

I don't know you but I'm offended by this guy's joke. I had a good friend who was killed in an airport just because he taught karate. I'm sensitive on this subject.

No...it was worse

That's why I don't want TheArrogantCorndog banned because I have made worse jokes about myself. He may have read them and felt it was okay...which it is. Trust me...Tigahrag was brutal and we ended up being friend IRL.

Admins please note Jody Plauche personally contacted me and does NOT want ArrogantCornDog banned for making fun in this thread.
He takes all these jabs in stride and it's a fun healthy way for him to keep on moving forward.

Man, how do you get to be a realtor on a deal like that? That’d be a sweet gig.

Hell, most of us probably couldn't even keep the utilities on, much less do any maintenance. I can't imagine what the property taxes and insurance payments would be. It would probably take 15-20 average American families living together to pay those costs (keeping the property in excellent condition).

ETA:
quote:

September of 1999 show that Jackson spent $95, 700 on the gardening alone to maintain the sprawling Neverland Ranch. Security costs totaled another $51,900. Upkeep on his famous zoo/amusement park was another $66,200 and housekeeping/PR expenses stood at around $60,200 bringing the grand total monthly household expense to an astonishing $358,600.

We need to group together to buy it and make it an OT member only resort. Only hot chicks and freaky hot female teacher are allowed. Taco Tuesday and beer along with wine flowing daily on the golf courses. We could even have a hunting preserve to
Hunt exotic animals. It would be a magical place where dreams can come true.

We need to find a solid security detail that will keep crazy women out.
