You can get 10x the land in Texas for that price. T Boone’s place was nicer than Neverland.

But on a serious note, how much do you think it costs just to maintain that property on a daily basis?
Probably need a minimum of 4 to 6 full-time employees just to keep everything in good shape.

Plenty of room out back to put in a tiny airport to go with the tiny train station.
