It is back to it's original name Sycamore Valley Ranch but I thought this was a pretty cool look into the property.

$100M for 2700 acres in California is not too bad.

It's beautiful, but with the stigma attached to it, I'd have to pass...given I had that kind of cash.

Unless there are little boys buried around the property, you'd get over the stigma pretty quickly for a place like that.
But some Chinaman's gonna buy that and convert it to a resort.
