I think if the cops didn't come, people were ready to do worse.

The cop's warning before barreling through was nice, too.

They think because they are environmental protesters that they are special and get to do whatever the frick they want.

The only thing better would have been if the rangers dragged them and all their crap out of the roadway and opened the road to let traffic through. The delay probably gave the idiot climate buffoons some satisfaction.

So, arresting officer/destroyer of cheap arse Bayliner trailer dude asked them who has the gun. That makes we wonder if someone in that long line of traffic got fed up, called 911 and said something to the effect "They have a gun". Or the cop made it up to justify his actions.

Regardless, that is the kind of initiative and forward thinking that makes me want to hire the person responsible.

I know one of those officers. The Tribal force out here is made of native dudes who want a job and white guys who got kicked off other forces (NHP/Washoe county sheriffs) for whatever reason. They truly DNGAF. Those protesters picked the absolute wrong area to do this in.

Try that in small town forreal, there wouldn't be any traffic.
