Not all black people live the culcha lifestyle. My favorite neighbor is black. But if they were the section 8 types I'd definitely be concerned

So neighbors sold home really fast. They put it on market and every day, people came to look at it. Sometimes ten or more... with one usually carrying a sheet of paper with I guess the house info on it. Sometimes they would just hang about under the carport talking loudly they It was apparent that several did not have a realtor. They just looked in the windows and checked out whatever they could open.(shed etc) It was like nothing I've ever seen.
Well if you had that much time to watch it happen and were thst concerned, you could have used some of the effective strategies from Step Brothers.

That place is primed for section 8. Sell while you still can.

Next time go outside curse, drink beer, throw trash in the yard and pop off a couple rounds.

It probably means a company that rents houses is buying. Not necessarily section 8.

If nobody was going inside it sounds like thee house may be going up for auction due to foreclosure.

Carport?

And you’re worried about trash? It’s already trashy.

Tell them that the former owners were murdered there and the killer was never found.

If these people buy beyond their means and can not fix the house when it eventually breaks again, what does this mean for me when the house falls to crap?
Some people on the OT love to base HOAs, but this is exactly what an HOA is for. It's an insurance policy against shitty neighbors.

I agree. We only have 300 blacks in our zip code, but former Ravens/Titans receiver Derrick Mason just moved in our neighborhood and he is cool as shite. He always has someone working at his property and his place looks great.

They may spruce up the place and add to your value.
