Not all black people live the culcha lifestyle. My favorite neighbor is black. But if they were the section 8 types I'd definitely be concerned

So neighbors sold home really fast. They put it on market and every day,people came to look at it. Sometimes ten or more... with one usually carrying a sheet of paper with I guess the house info on it. Sometimes they would just hang about under the carport talking loudly they It was apparent that several did not have a realtor. They just looked in the windows and checked out whatever they could open.(shed etc) It was like nothing I've ever seen.

I agree. We only have 300 blacks in our zip code, but former Ravens/Titans receiver Derrick Mason just moved in our neighborhood and he is cool as shite. He always has someone working at his property and his place looks great.
They may spruce up the place and add to your value.
