Clearly your neighbor is establishing dominance. Go ring his doorbell. When he opens the door piss on his shoes.

Sounds like a nice neighbor.

Who doesn't like free apples?

When the doctor behind me had a garden, he'd hear me in my yard (there's holly that blocks the view) and yell "incoming" and throw me some squash.

His kids are probably supposed to eat an apple before they can have any junk food.

They take two bites and toss it in the cuck’s yard when their parents aren’t looking.

If you have a daughter, check under her bed for used condoms. There’s no way the neighbor’s kid is tossing them in the trash

Eat the apples and then shite in his yard. That will teach him a lesson.

In ancient Greece throwing an apple at someone meant you would like bed them. You might be getting hit on...

Respond by throwing feces in their yard.

Why is the easiest solution - talk to the neighbor - never the proposed solution?

Your neighbor is pagan, they practice witchcraft and they are throwing apples in your backyard for good fortune, please do not throw them back, they are just being kind. If you have a problem with it, just confront them nicely and ask them to stop

Whose tree? If your tree, dispose of your rotten apples. If his tree, return to sender.

Are they Arkansas Black apples?

If so, eat them. They're fricking delicious. Then throw the cores back at them.
