These are outside cats with flea colors and tags with names.

Granted, cats get their roam of the entire hood. But still, this woman is taking people's cats for days at a time. Then, she returns them with a note saying they were hungry and she fed them.

1. What the frick is a flea color?
2. She should be hitting them with a shovel or a 12 gauge if she wants to do a real service. Control your pets baw.

Was gonna ask if she was Vietnamese, but then I read the last part.

Do you pay for your neighbor's car repairs when they scratch the paint?

So easy to solve. put a bowl of anti freeze out. Cats will drink it. End of problem.

I like the way you think baw. Way less messy than shovel or 12 gauge.

If you have outside cats you don't have cats.

That's better than the one in our neighborhood that was trapping them and dropping them off in the woods.

That's kind of my point really.

You relinquish that cat when you let it out. I wouldn't let my beautiful lab out with the gate open and think "I hope if he gets hungry someone feeds him for a few days then brings him back with a note".

I just don't understand why she keeps them at all. The bringing back part is understandable and completely normal IMO.

I had a gf in HS who got a kitten and it wandered off one day. A few weeks later she found out her neighbor had it and refused to give it back because her small child liked it.

I have a cat that lives under my house. We have a good relationship. He runs away from me and eats all the mice, I provide a house for him to live under. Win/win
