Neighbor etiquette

I have neighbors a cross the street. Couple in their mid 50s, nice people other than the lady neighbor never shuts the frick up. But lately they’ve gotten into the habit of having very loud, personal arguments outside in the yard and street. So what do I do here? I can’t allow them to drive down my property value, and we have a baby Vol on the way, and I wanted the children to have full range in the little neighborhood like I did growing up.
So, do I
1. PIIHB
2. Check baws knuckles?
3. Pick a side and come out of my garage mid argument on one of their sides?
Or 4. Walk outside and just yell STFU?

Are you worried that in 5-6 years their arguments will escalate to the point that your unborn baby won't be able to freely roam the neighborhood?

This issue sounds like it will resolve itself shortly via divorce attorneys or the police.

No, I’m worried in 5-6 years I would have caught a manslaughter charge. Being the breadwinner that means no neighborhood at all.

Every time they argue stick a boom box in your yard and crank it the fuk up to where they cant even hear themselves. They will get the point
