That story is good but doesn't really make sense. They had all been effected by the gas in the beginning then woke up after a while when the guy (whom one would have to assume) turned it off b\c the cop came. But when he randomly turns it back on for a minute or so it kills one of them?

and the one guy who runs up the hatch shooting at nothing.. It appears he hits the guy but doesn't kill him and I assume he just runs off instead of finishing them off?

yeah, a lot of the stories i've read have plot issues...but that one had enough going for it overall to keep my interest...i'm almost always disappointed in the resolutions though.

Former coworker told me a good one. Her and her husband have a daughter. The grandparents died before the daughter was even born, so their daughter never even saw what they looked like or met them. The family elected to keep the grandparent's home and use it for family gatherings and such. One time during a family gathering, the daughter was playing happily with an imaginary friend in the back room. When they left that day, they asked the daughter who she was playing with, and she said, "Grandpa - we had so much fun!" They thought it was a bit peculiar, so they asked their daughter what he looked like, and she was able to describe him fully, even though she never met him when he was alive or saw a picture of him.

Not saying that it didn't happen, but if the family wanted to keep the house for family gatherings, then I'm sure there were at least pictures of family and the grandparents still in the house. Obviously they were close if they were still hanging on to the house due to its sentimental value.

I'm reading the super long arse one from reddit right now...the one with the chapters (Footsteps, Maps, Boxes, Screens, etc.) about the guy and his friend Josh and the man and all that. And it's fricking GOOD. I copied and pasted it into a Word document so it'd be easier to read, and it came out to 51 pages. I'm on page 39 right now, and it's really fricking good. If you haven't read it yet, find time to. I hope to finish it later on tonight when I get home or tomorrow morning.

Scariest story ever! TRUE STORY!

My ex whom I dated was a master of cooking incredible dishes. So one evening after we got all of the dinner ready, she ran out of eggs and asked me to go to WalMart to get some. It was around 8pm, I got into the truck (didnt bother to check the back seat) and proceeded to the store. I got to Walmart, walked in, and went to the rear of the store to where the eggs where and saw they were all out (big shocker I know!) I then walked down a bit to find an employee and asked her if they had anymore eggs in the back, and she said "We just got some in a few minutes ago, let me get you some" There thats it. A walmart worker actually helped me. AGGGGGGGHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!
