Need some retribution ideas

Long story short, my credit card was compromised and I had to dispute the charges and go through the pain of getting a new card. Well, it doesn't end there. Today, I get a statement from Citi saying that they've done an investigation and have questions about the charges. They think there's a possibly of fraud on my end. They send a document with a report of their findings, which includes the culprits name, email address, and physical address. I know this because the report shows the shipping address. FYI he bought a Nintendo Switch off of BestBuy.com.
So, for the time I spent on the phone initially, the grief of getting a new card, plus the extra time I spent on the phone today, this little punk deserves some sweet petty revenge.
What are my options here?

Had a similar situation when I was a much younger man. Got some friends together and, without too many details, made the punk regret it.
