I always go with the Mitchell or Spanish Omelet. Can't go wrong with either. Amazing omelets there.
And if you're done eating before 11am or so, venture over to Mike's habitat. He's most active 10am-12pm, before feedin'.
He'll be pacing the perimeter and you can get an up close view like this.

I saw a guy one time who got the tigers attention and would crouch down then jump up like a big bird. After a couple times Mike went ape shite playing with him.
