You an LSU fan? Just watch the last 8 football games vs. Bama. If that doesn’t get your blood pressure up then you must be a zombie.

Are you overdiruesed? Weigh yourself daily every morning after the morning piss, and adjust diuretics as necessary.

Put on some TED hoses and an abdominal binder if your BP drops when standing.

See a doctor. If kidneys start to fail (due to both dehydration and poor perfusion due to low BP), and you keep taking your lasix and potassium, you’re going to be in trouble.

I failed to see your posts on the coming to grips with one's mortality thread

I have been stage four for almost ten years now. New meds developed recently have helped my condition considerably.

You know if you have CHF that fluid is your problem.Hopefully your meds are correct . To much fluid with heart failure can cause hypotension. Taking the load off can actually improve your BP. How’s your BUN and creatinine #s looking . You may ask your cardiologist or nephrologist if Midodrine is appropriate. We use a lot for our patients that we have to remove fluid that have hypotension. Hope it works out

Fried chicken works for most people in the South

But heart issues are no joke you need to either go to the ER or have someone take you there

When I wasn't able to get go fast enough on a treadmill to get my heart rate up high enough for a stress test, I'm pretty sure my cardiologist injected me with Dipyridamole.

If you are still sucking air and haven’t done so already, you do need to go to the ER. Not sure you alone an know for sure that your blood pressure along is causing this. You could be have some type of arrhythmia. Hope you are ok.
